About the show: In the hands of renowned American artist Ann Agee, the Madonna narrative we know takes on new life. Ceramic sculptures depict the Madonna with a mother and a son, centering the lives of women –in particular mothers – in the trajectory of art history. Agee takes one of the most familiar icons of women in art and reflects back to us our own lives.
