Escher Super Saturday: Patterns and Tessellations

Nov 8

10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Escher Family Fun

Come explore patterns and tessellations in the special exhibition M.C. Escher: Reality and Illusion. See these amazing methods in action as D.B. Johnson, author of the Escher-inspired children’s book, Palazzo Inverso, demonstrates his illustration technique. Join him for a book reading that will bring to life the story of a mischievous apprentice to a master architect, and then get your own copy of the book signed. Looking for more to do? Create your own tessellation in a hands-on art activity or sign up for a NH LEGO League Workshop.* SEE Science Center will also be here providing activities for all ages!

$5 special exhibition charge to view M.C. Escher: Reality and Illusion.

*LEGO Workshop: $35 Non-Members; $30 Members
