Looking for something unique to do with your mom, grandmother, daughter or other special lady in your life? Bring her to the Currier on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11 at 11:30 a.m. or 1 p.m., and celebrate with a special guided tour of the Museum’s collection. These tours will explore the “Women in Art: Celebrating Mother’s Day” while highlighting some specific artists and items in the collection.

Tour members will learn about the Currier’s recent acquisition by Marisol entitled The Family, explore some of the Madonna and Child images in the European gallery and see many other women in the Currier’s collection.

After your tour, stop into the Winter Garden Cafe to sample our special Mother's Day menu, which will include Baked French Toast, a Cheese, Cracker and Wine combination, Cappuccino and Creme Brulee with Biscotti, and even Mother's Day Mimosas.
