For Boys and Girls Ages 5-12

Celebrate your child’s Birthday at the Currier Museum Art Center and create a lasting memory for your child and guests.  Your Arty Party will include an hour and half long art activity taught by a Currier Museum Art Center instructor, a half hour Birthday Celebration, and a guided tour of the Currier Museum of Art. The Art Center decorates, while parents provide refreshments and party food.

Choose from on of the following Arty Party themes:

Paint an impressionist goldfish bowl inspired by the artist Childe Hassam.

Learn to paint a portrait in the style of Pablo Picasso.

Explore the landscapes of Neil Welliver and paint your own landscape.

Construct a relief sculpture using wood and recycled materials like Louise Nevelson.

Create a wire fish mobile inspired by the great artist Alexander Calder.
