Marjorie Milne Winston Teen Volunteer Summer Program

The Art Center Summer program admits a select group of 15 teens to assist with our programming needs during each summer session. This program is ideal for teens who wish to contribute their time, creativity and energy to a variety of our organizational needs, including assisting in the classroom, assisting the Program Manager, assisting with After-Camp Care, assisting Artist Mentors and more. The experience gained by working in the Art Center is enriching on many levels, personally and professionally. The Art Center honors students in this program with tuition remission for classes at the Art Center, totaling half-off the price of tuition for every 30 hours contributed, and full tuition remission for every 60 hours contributed. Internships at the Art Center are granted through a review process. Students must be willing to commit to a minimum of two full-week schedules.

If you are interested in participating in this program, please submit a letter of intent to Linn Krikorian, postmarked or e-mailed by May 14. Interviews with final candidates will take place in late May and early June to determine our intern team.  An Orientation Meeting will follow in mid-June. For more information, and to find out how you can apply to be involved in the program, please contact Art Center Program Manager, Linn Krikorian at LKrikorian@currier.org or 603.669.6144, ext. 148.
